The restaurant was founded by Chef Hiro Nishikura and his wife, Suzy in 2003, with his apprentice, Yuki Ueno, serving as a core member of the opening team, dedicated to bringing the most authentic, highest-quality Japanese cuisine to Melbourne diners.
